These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Campaign Engineering platform (“Application”). By signing up to, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
By using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The “Application” refers to the software provided by Campaign Engineering, owned by The Campaign Company Limited, accessible via campaign.engineering, sub-domains, and related websites.
Any personal information you provide when using the Application will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with both US and New Zealand privacy laws.
The Application allows you to access certain functionality related to direct advocacy, including sending emails to government officials, elected officials, and other stakeholders. Your use of the Application must also comply with any third-party terms, such as email services or third-party software integrated with Campaign Engineering.
5.1. All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application and its underlying software code are owned by The Campaign Company Limited or its licensors.

7.1. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
7.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7.3. Usernames that are offensive, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others are not permitted.
8.1. The Application may require updates to add new features or maintain compatibility with other software.
9.1. Campaign Engineering may terminate your access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Application will immediately cease.
9.2. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete any copies of the software in your possession.
10.1. Campaign Engineering is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of profit, data loss, or service disruption.
10.2. Campaign Engineering is not responsible for any damage or disruption to third-party platforms or services integrated with the Application, including email services or third-party databases.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits Campaign Engineering’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
